Job summary

UniFirst is seeking a reliable Production Team Partner to ensure customer garments are kept in exceptional condition through quality inspection. The role offers on-the-job training, a 40-hour week with weekends off, and growth opportunities within a family-oriented culture.

Primary location is United States-Texas with an 1st shift, full-time schedule. Compensation is hourly, with benefits including 401K, health insurance, and tuition reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write, and communicate clearly with management.
• Ability to stand for 8-hour shift.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to perform basic mathematical operations using American standard units of weight measurement, volume, and distance.

Responsibilities

• Fold cloths, towels, and wipers.
• Bundle, package, and bag articles in accordance with company requirements.
• Inspect products for holes, tears, stains, and damage.
• Follow all safety policies, HACCP and medical guidelines.
• Perform other duties as described by area supervisor or management.
