Job summary

UniFirst in Stratford, CT is seeking a Production Team Partner to join our production department. You will work as part of a team to ensure customer garments are in excellent condition through quality inspection, packaging, and readiness for delivery.

We offer on-the-job training, a 40-hour work week with Saturdays and Sundays off, and a comprehensive benefits package including 401K with company match, health insurance, and paid time off. This is an entry-level, regular full-time role.

Qualifications

• High school education and/or GED preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to stand for 8-hour shift and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Fold cloths, towels, and wipers.
• Bundle, package, and bag articles per company requirements.
• Inspect products for holes, tears, stains, or damage.
• Follow all safety policies, HACCP and medical guidelines.
• Perform other duties as described by area supervisor or management.
