Job summary

UniFirst is seeking a reliable Production Team Partner to join our UniFirst Family in the Wash Aisle Department. You will load and unload industrial washers and dryers, ensuring proper processing and timely delivery of finished garments to designated areas.

We provide on‑the‑job training, a 40-hour work week with Saturdays and Sundays off, and a comprehensive benefits package including 401(k) with company match, health insurance, and tuition reimbursement.

Qualifications

• High school education or GED preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to stand for an 8-hour shift.
• Clear communication with management.
• Basic math using standard US units (weight, volume, distance).
• Lift and carry up to 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Wash: Load, unload and operate washing machines by load formulation and processing sequence.
• Dry: Load and unload the dryers.
• Deliver processed garments to designated finishing area.
• Deliver processed flat goods to designated areas.
• Monitor detergent supply and report equipment malfunctions.
• Report production processes accurately.
• Maintain a clean work area.
• Complete paperwork and records timely.
• Follow safety policies and HACCP guidelines.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor or management.
