Job summary

Balance Staffing is seeking a Production Team Member in San Antonio, TX for a contract-to-hire role. Schedule is rotating: two weeks days 6am-6pm and two weeks nights 6pm-6am, Monday through Friday with some weekends.

You will safely handle materials, assist loading/unloading, maintain a clean and safe workspace, and support production goals. Overtime, reliable transportation, and ability to stand up to 12 hours are required; forklift/ crane experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must be comfortable standing for up to 12 hours a day.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must be comfortable with overtime.
• Forklift, machine operation & crane operation a plus but not needed.

Responsibilities

• Safely handle and move materials throughout the facility.
• Assist with loading, unloading, and transporting items to designated areas.
• Perform general production tasks as assigned to support the team.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Assist team members in meeting production goals and deadlines.
• Follow all safety guidelines and operational procedures.
