SECO ECOPLASTIC in Register, GA is seeking an entry-level Production Associate to support the Assembly area under supervision. You will help maintain safety, quality, and delivery targets while learning SOPs and production tools.

The role requires a 1-year continuous manufacturing background, ability to lift up to 40 pounds, stand for 8–12 hours, and flexibility to work weekends/nights. English proficiency and PPE usage are essential.

Qualifications

• 1 year continuous manufacturing experience is required.
• Ability to read and interpret work orders and SOPs.
• Willingness to work in a safety-first environment, using PPE.

Responsibilities

• Assist in maintaining a safe and clean work environment by following established safety policies and procedures.
• Support the Production Supervisor and Leads in daily operations to ensure timely, quality output.
• Learn and adhere to standard operating procedures to ensure consistent quality and performance.
• Help manage workflow within the department to ensure on-time delivery to customers.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Assist in the use and maintenance of production tools and equipment.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to enhance production effectiveness.
• Maintain a professional appearance and conduct.

The successful candidate will work closely under the guidance of the Production Supervisor to support the production area and ensure that safety, quality, and delivery targets are met.
