Papa John’s is seeking a Production Team Member to produce high quality dough, maintain equipment in a clean, sanitized environment, and ensure dough handling meets PJ Food Service specifications.

You will monitor processes, document GMP practices, operate tray washers, and follow safety protocols. This role supports the Quality Control Center and requires adherence to OSHA, FDA, and HACCP standards.

Responsabilités

• Place dough balls into clean trays according to PJ Food Service standards.
• Monitor productivity by analyzing KPIs and propose improvements.
• Maintain and date dough trays, rotate cooling and ensure proper storage.
• Maintain GMP standards on cleanliness and sanitation.
• Pre-soak dough trays and operate tray washer.
• Perform lock out/tag out of equipment prior to cleaning; sanitize equipment.
• Document and sign off on sanitation, dough weight, etc.
• Follow safety practices and wear PPE.
• General housekeeping for the QC Center.
• Operate floor maintenance equipment to clean floors.
• Use cleaning chemicals safely.
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory policies.
• Other duties as assigned.

Job Summary

The Production Team Member is responsible for producing high quality dough within PJ Food Service specifications, maintaining all equipment in a highly sanitized environment and ensuring all dough is handled properly.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Place dough balls into clean trays according to PJ Food Service standards.
• Monitor productivity standards by analyzing metrics surrounding key performance indicators. Recommend/implement ways to improve performance.
• Insure all dough trays are properly dated, stack and down-stack proper number of trays and maintain rotation practices at proper cooling temperature(s).
• Maintain and document Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards on cleanliness and sanitation to insure product is free of contamination or foreign material.
• Presoak dough trays and process through tray washer.
• Perform advanced lock out/tag out of all dough production equipment prior to cleaning/sanitizing. Wash, rinse and sanitize all dough processing equipment and production room upon completion of production.
• Document and sign off on various processes in dough production (sanitation, rejection procedure, dough weight, etc.)
• Adhere to all prescribed safety practices, including wearing the proper safety equipment/uniform.
• Perform general housekeeping for the Quality Control Center as requested.
• Operate floor maintenance equipment to clean carpets and other flooring.
• Use cleaning chemicals and PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) in a safe and proper manner.
• Ensure compliance with PJFS Safety standards, Sanitation and HACCP policies & procedures, federal, state and local regulations (OSHA, FDA, DOL) and all Papa John’s International, Inc., policies & procedures.
• Other duties may be assigned.
