Job summary

Mitographers, Inc. in Sioux Falls, SD is seeking a Production Team Member to join a collaborative manufacturing team.

You'll help produce high-quality products, follow safety guidelines, and support daily operations from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday. The role offers stable hours, on-site work, and opportunities to learn and grow within the plant.

No formal degree required; 18+ and reliable attendance are essential. Pay is negotiable based on experience.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older.
• Willingness to work Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 30-40 lbs.
• Prior manufacturing or warehouse experience preferred but not required.
• Commitment to safety and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Operate production lines and assist team members to meet daily output goals.
• Maintain clean, organized and safe work areas; follow standard operating procedures.
