Job summary

Pull-A-Part is seeking a Production Team Member to work on-site at one of our Corpus Christi store locations, safely processing vehicles, maintaining equipment, and supporting daily production in an outdoor industrial setting.

You will dismantle vehicles, operate tools, maintain clean workspaces, and follow safety procedures while assisting customers and team members. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in all weather conditions.

Qualifications

• Experience handling auto parts and basic mechanical functions.
• Ability to operate hand and power tools safely.
• Comfortable performing physical tasks and lifting up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Support a safety-first culture and follow all safety procedures.
• Keep workspaces clean and organized.
• Provide friendly, professional service when interacting with customers.
• Inspect and operate production tools and equipment safely.
• Dismantle vehicles and remove designated parts and fluids.
• Perform general maintenance and assist with building upkeep.
• Assist with inventory reporting and team goal achievement.
• Wear PPE and follow SOPs daily.
• Work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Learn and grow new skills as directed by team leads.

Your Role

What You Bring

• Friendly attitude and commitment to customer service
• Basic knowledge of auto parts and mechanical functions
• Experience with hand and power tools
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical tasks
• Ability to work Monday–Friday with some weekends/overtime
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather
• Basic computer and mobile device skills
• Reliable transportation
• Heavy equipment or forklift maintenance experience (preferred)
• Bilingual in English & Spanish (preferred)
