Job summary

Pella Corporation is hiring a Production Team Member in Murray, KY. You will assemble windows and doors in a fast-paced manufacturing setting, rotating across multiple production lines and gaining hands-on experience across areas of production.

Starting pay is $21.65/hr (base $19.65 + $2.00 shift differential) with automatic increases and regular performance reviews leading to advancement opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older and able to pass pre‑employment testing and work‑ability screen.
• Able to perform heavy lifting as part of daily duties.
• Willingness to learn, rotate jobs, and work as part of a team.

What You’ll Do

As a Production Team Member, you’ll work as part of a team assembling high‑quality windows and doors in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment. You’ll gain hands‑on experience across multiple areas of production.

Schedule

• 3rd Shift
• Sunday – Wednesday | 8:00 PM – 6:30 AM
  • 10‑hour shifts.
  • Overtime on Thursdays as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.

• Ability to consistently perform heavy lifting as part of daily job duties.
