Job summary

EnovaPremier, LLC is seeking a Production Team Member to operate tire line equipment, move materials, and maintain housekeeping and safety standards. The role requires following written instructions and working in a non-climate controlled area, with physical tasks such as standing for long shifts and lifting up to 70 lbs.

Education is a High School Diploma or GED (preferred but not required). Industrial experience is welcome but not mandatory; ability to read and write in English is essential.

Qualifications

• Ability to follow written work instructions and maintain safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Operate tire line, balancing, sequencing and other line positions as required.
• Unload deliveries of tires, wheels and other raw materials.
• Inspect tires, wheels and assemblies per standards.
• Operate material handling, sequencing and loading systems.
• Complete documentation and reports as requested.
• Troubleshoot problems and implement countermeasures.
• Maintain a safe, clean work environment at all times.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Basic Purpose Of Position

Will operate and maintain equipment, move material, maintain housekeeping and safety standards.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Operate all tire line, balancing, sequencing (location specific), material handling and other line positions as required.
• Off load deliveries of tires, wheels and other raw materials.
• Inspect tires, wheels, other parts and finished assemblies according to inspection standards and frequencies prescribed.
• Operate material handling, sequencing, and finished assembly loading systems.
• Complete all working documentation, records, reports, etc. as requested.
• Perform trouble shooting, problem solving and countermeasure activities as necessary.
• Keep the work environment safe and clean at all times.
• Other duties as assigned.
