The Production Team Member plays a vital role in delivering high-quality products to our customers. The ideal candidate is committed to food safety and quality, embraces continuous improvement, and is ready to contribute as part of a hardworking team.
In this role, you will assist in the production of freeze-dried consumable products. Responsibilities include preparing products for packaging and distribution, which requires lifting, pushing, pulling, and transporting materials. A strong understanding of food safety practices and the ability to follow instructions are essential.
This position is cross-trained across multiple stages of production, including freeze-drying, processing, sorting, and packaging.
