Job summary

Oldcastle Infrastructure in Kalamazoo, MI, is seeking a manufacturing teammate to safely produce precast concrete products of the highest quality. This role supports a team environment in an industrial setting.

You will strip and clean concrete forms, prepare steel molds for filling, perform basic carpentry, and assist with facility maintenance and housekeeping. A high school diploma is required, and manufacturing or construction experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• Manufacturing or construction experience preferred.
• Knowledge of basic math and measurements.
• Ability to read/write simple instructions and communicate effectively with team members.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. periodically throughout the day.
