Job summary

Revitalize Mixers LLC is seeking a Production Team Member to support end-to-end heavy-duty equipment processes in a busy production shop environment. You will assist with disassembly, inspection, and reassembly to ensure safety, quality, and on-time completion of builds.

Responsibilities include disassembly, inspection, tagging, and safe operation of tools, with emphasis on 5S and continuous improvement initiatives. 0–3 years of related experience preferred; high school diploma required.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Technical or vocational training in mechanics or related trade preferred, but not required.
  • 0–3 years of experience in manufacturing, production, mechanical work, or related fields preferred.
  • Experience with heavy equipment, trucks, or industrial environments is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Disassemble heavy-duty equipment and components including drums, chutes, hydraulics, frames, guards, hoppers, and related systems.
  • Assist in the assembly and installation of new, refurbished, or reused components according to work instructions and specifications.
  • Identify parts for reuse, repair, or replacement and communicate any wear, damage, or safety concerns.
  • Tag, label, organize, and stage components to support efficient workflow and inventory accuracy.
  • Align, adjust, and secure components to ensure proper fit, function, and safety.
  • Perform visual and functional checks throughout the process to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Cleans and power washes equipment in accordance with safety and maintenance standards.
  • Maintain clean, organized work areas and follow 5S/shop organization standards.
  • Safely operate hand tools, power tools, and lifting equipment (training provided as needed).
  • Follow all safety procedures, including proper use of PPE and adherence to shop safety standards.
  • Collaborate with team members across production (welders, painters, supervisors) to maintain workflow.
  • Communicate delays, equipment issues, or part concerns to leadership.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives related to safety, quality, and production efficiency.

Overview

Pay: $20-$22

The Production Team Member supports the end-to-end process of heavy-duty equipment in a production shop environment. This

role is responsible for assisting with disassembly, inspection, and reassembly of equipment and components to ensure quality,

safety, and efficiency standards are met. Team members contribute to maintaining workflow, product quality, and on-time

completion of equipment builds.

  • Regular attendance and physical presence at work is an essential function of this position

Qualifications:

Education/Specialized Knowledge/Professional Certifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Technical or vocational training in mechanics, industrial maintenance, or a related trade preferred, but not required

Experience:

  • 0–3 years of experience in manufacturing, production, mechanical work, or related fields preferred
  • Experience with heavy equipment, trucks, or industrial environments is a plus but not required

Skills / Abilities:

  • Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to safely and efficiently use hand tools and power tools
  • Working knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, and structural components

  • Attention to detail when identifying, tagging, and organizing components for refurbishment or reuse
  • Strong safety awareness and commitment to following shop safety standards and procedures
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a production-driven environment
  • Positive work attitude and ability to work closely with other technicians, drivers, management, and vendors to solve problems efficiently

Physical Requirements:

  • Reach up to 24” horizontally at a height of 44” and pull with a force of 100lbs
  • Pushing/pulling vertically at a height of 47” with a force of 55-100lbs
  • Pulling vertically at a height of 80” with a force of 15lbs
  • Crawling indoors on a smooth surface for 10ft
  • Manually transport heavy truck parts (35lbs to 95lbs) to and from the work area with proper equipment usage, lift form, and team lift form.
  • Front carry up to 50lbs for 25ft
  • Utilize a variety of hand tools including wrenches, pliers, screwdrivers, and pry bars with right and left-hand grip with a force of 80lbs
  • Pushing/pulling horizontally and vertically at a self-selected height with a force of 100lbs
  • Right and left-hand coordinated
  • Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus
