Job description

Primary Responsibilities:

1. Safely operate production equipment used for manufacturing plywood.
2. Troubleshoot mechanical issues.
3. Participate actively in problem-solving sessions.
4. Consistently produce quality products and meet efficiency targets.
5. Cross-train on different machine centers.

Work Environment:

All RoyOMartin facilities are smoke-free. Manufacturing plants are not climate-controlled and may involve outdoor work with exposure to elements such as rain and wind. Employees are expected to maintain good housekeeping and wear appropriate PPE at all times. Safety is a top priority, and no task is so important that it cannot be performed safely.

Schedule:

Our facilities operate 24/7 year-round, with most team members working 12-hour shifts. Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including holidays, and to perform scheduled and unscheduled overtime is required. Weekend-only schedules are available.
