Job summary

You will lead operators, optimize processes, troubleshoot equipment, and coordinate maintenance while ensuring records and quality standards are met. A strong, proactive communicator with a track record of improving outcomes is preferred, with eligibility to work in the US without sponsorship.

Qualifications

• Advanced production knowledge and experience.
• Knowledge of production processes, measurement, inspection, procedures, production planning and control.
• Experience in SAP & Microsoft Office
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Extremely self-motivated & driven to achieve results
• Ability to prioritise and make decisions
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship

Responsibilities

• Lead employees and work as a team to optimize production performance within a department.
• Increase efficiency and productivity of operators and equipment while maintaining quality standards.
• Troubleshoot equipment, assist with changeover/setups, and coordinate maintenance schedules.
• Maintain records including maintenance reports, incentive, scrap, SPC charts, and time/attendance.
• Encourage continuous improvement through SPS activities and problem-solving tools.
• Lead by training and coaching, provide feedback on performance, quality and safety.
• Enforce company policies, safety standards and good housekeeping practices.
