Job summary

Westlake Royal Building Products in Houston seeks a hands-on Production Supervisor to lead a manufacturing team and uphold safety, quality, and productivity goals.

You will coordinate daily workflow, train employees, monitor equipment and records, and ensure timely production while following company procedures in a fast-paced environment.

This role requires standing for long periods, lifting up to 50 pounds, and adherence to PPE requirements.
