Continuously improve training content based on process changes, new equipment, audits, and feedback from team leads and operations leadership.

Support a culture of continuous improvement, mentoring team leads in problem‑solving, root cause analysis, and lean/5S principles.

Perform other duties as assigned. This role may be directed to take on additional tasks, projects, or responsibilities outside of those listed above in order to meet operational, safety, quality, or business needs.
