UniFirst Corporation is seeking a Group Leader to guide and support a team within a production department. You will coordinate daily production requirements, manage timekeeping and payroll accuracy, and ensure quality and safety standards are met.

You will define goals, monitor workflow, and collaborate with maintenance and HR while coaching 20+ team partners to meet KPIs and operational targets. This role emphasizes leadership, communication, and process improvement.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher preferred.
• 2+ years of related experience.
• Experience managing 20+ team partners.
• Proficient with spreadsheets and databases.
• Strong written and verbal communication.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate daily production requirements with the Production Supervisor or Department Manager.
• Administer timekeeping systems and payroll reports with accuracy.
• Oversee quality inspection and basic machine operation and maintenance.
• Define and communicate department goals and monitor KPI attainment.
• Ensure timely flow of work across Processing Areas and oversee safety compliance.
