Job summary

Contour Hardening, Inc. is seeking a Shipping and Receiving Clerk to manage incoming and outgoing shipments and maintain accurate records. The role supports warehouse operations by verifying, documenting, and distributing materials, preparing returns or deliveries as needed. Shift is Monday-Friday 3:00PM-11:30PM with possible overtime.

The starting rate is $18.00-$19.50 per hour, with a focus on safety, quality, and teamwork in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; experience in production/manufacturing environment preferred.
• Prior supervisory or lead experience is helpful.
• Knowledge of production processes, safety standards, and quality control.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee production team members during assigned shifts.
• Ensure targets met while maintaining safety and quality standards.
• Assign tasks, monitor workflow, and adjust staffing as needed.
• Train and coach employees on equipment, processes, and procedures.
• Support safety, 5S, and lean initiatives.
• Communicate production goals and results to supervisors.

Key Responsibilities
