SURGE Staffing seeks an experienced Production Team Lead to oversee daily packaging and assembly operations on the second shift. The role requires strong leadership and safe, efficient production practices.

Ideal candidate communicates effectively in Spanish with a bilingual English/Spanish background, trains staff, coordinates tasks, and reports to management. Schedule: Mon–Fri 3:30 PM–12:00 AM with possible Saturday overtime; on-site in Garland, TX.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of leadership or supervisory experience.
• Spanish-speaking required; bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Experience in manufacturing, packaging, assembly, or warehouse operations preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work the scheduled second shift and occasional Saturdays as needed.

Position Overview
