Job summary

Ecoplastic America Corporation is seeking a hands-on 2nd Shift Team Leader in Register, GA to drive safety, quality, and productivity on the paint line. You will coach frontline team members, monitor metrics, and ensure resources are available for scheduled work while maintaining Ecoplastic’s quality standards.

The role requires strategic communication, quick decision-making, and the ability to work with management and suppliers to meet department goals.

Job title: 2nd Shift Team LeaderDepartment: PaintLocation: Register, GAJob Type: FT Hourly 2nd ShiftA Team Lead is a hands-on front-line leader. The Team Lead is responsible for engaging team members and improving operational efficiency through direct coaching. This person effectively interacts with team members to ensure they have the tools/resources needed to safely complete scheduled work within Ecoplastic’s quality standards.
