Job summary

ECore is seeking a reliable Production System Operator in Franklin County, Chambersburg for Tuesday-Friday dayshift, 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM, with Mondays as needed. The role offers $18–$20/hour based on experience and focuses on safe, efficient operation of multiple manufacturing lines.

You will monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain equipment, perform quality inspections, handle material movement with powered equipment, and contribute to 6S housekeeping in a fast-paced facility.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent manufacturing experience.
• Basic math, reading, writing, and data entry skills required.
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced manufacturing setting with attention to safety.

Responsibilities

• Operate, monitor, and adjust production line machinery with minimal supervision.
• Perform equipment setup, troubleshooting, and process adjustments using touchscreen controls and panels.
• Conduct quality inspections and material tests as specified (e.g., sieve analyses, density, flow rate).
• Monitor materials for quality and contamination; complete production documentation and inventory transactions.
• Follow customer packaging requirements and production standards; perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance.
• Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment for raw materials and finished goods.
