Coherent Corp. in Saxonburg, PA, is seeking a hands-on technician to support CVD furnace operations. You will clean, load, and prepare materials, and assist in assembly/desassembly of furnaces for production runs.
The role emphasizes adherence to safety procedures, with training provided and opportunities to participate in PSM/EPA programs and emergency response teams. Prior experience helps but is not required, and the position involves 12-hour rotating shifts in an industrial setting.
This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on work and are motivated to learn in a structured, safety-focused environment. You do not need prior experience with CVD systems or the materials used in this process. Comprehensive on-the-job training is provided.
