Job summary

Responsibilities

Job description

Production Support Technicians keep every order moving after it's cut and bent. You'll learn several stations, finish parts so they're ready for the customer, and get a close look at how the whole factory runs. It's where many of our machine operators got their start.

What you'll do

• Tap threaded holes and countersink holes to spec
• Deburr and finish part edges so parts are safe and clean
• Press in hardware such as nuts, studs, and standoffs
• Check parts against digital instructions and catch problems before they move on
• Move parts between stations and keep work areas clean and organized

What you bring

• No experience required; we'll train you
• Good with your hands and careful with details
• Willing to learn to read digital instructions and use measuring tools
• Reliable, on time, and safety-minded
• Able to stand for a full shift and lift parts (up to about 50 lbs), with or without reasonable accommodation
