Job summary

Mint Cannabis is seeking Reliability Technicians in Tampa, FL to help maintain cannabis compliance and GMP standards across the facility. The role focuses on ensuring adequate on-site staffing during all hours and maintaining cleanliness inside and outside the facility.

Responsibilities include sanitation of cultivation and production areas, inspection readiness, GMP checklist maintenance, and restocking materials. Open availability, especially nights and weekends, is required.

Qualifications

• Must have open availability, particularly nights and weekends.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize cultivation and production areas, including floors, walls, workstations, and equipment.
• Organize common spaces inside and outside the facility to facilitate inspections or audits.
• Complete and maintain GMP and compliance checklists while on shift.
• Maintain cleanliness outside the facility, removing debris and ensuring unobstructed areas for compliance.
• Conduct frequent rounds to ensure security and absence of access blockages.
• Restock facility production materials in large quantities.

Reliability Technicians

Reports to: Facility Manager

FLSA Status: Non-Exempt

Department: Production

Location: Tampa, Florida

Pay Range:17.00 - Overnight shifts

Position Summary

The reliability technician is responsible for ensuring that the facility stays in compliance with Florida cannabis regulations. The primary goal is to ensure there is an adequate number of team members on-site during all hours. The reliability tech will be responsible for ensuring all areas of the facility meet cannabis compliance and GMP regulations, such as maintaining cleanliness inside and outside the facility.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize cultivation and production areas, including floors, walls, workstations, and equipment.
• Organize common spaces inside and outside of the facility to ensure they are easily accessible in case of full inspections or audits.
• Complete and maintain GMP and compliance checklists while on shift.
• Maintain cleanliness outside the facility, ensuring all debris, trash, and areas are free of any obstructions to remain compliant.
• Frequent rounds of the facility to ensure all areas stay secure and free of any access blockage
• Restocking facility production materials in large quantities.

• Standing and walking for long periods of time.
