Job summary

Matlen Silver is seeking a contract engineer to maintain and troubleshoot production Informatica PowerCenter and DataStage jobs. This hybrid role combines on-site collaboration with remote work and requires strong Java application support in a production environment.

You will work with development, infrastructure, and business teams on incidents, releases, and root-cause analysis, with preference for GC holders or USC and a pay rate of $60 per hour on W2.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting Informatica PowerCenter and/or DataStage in a production environment.
• Troubleshoot application, workflow, database, and performance issues and drive incidents to resolution.
• Strong Java application support experience or basic Java programming knowledge required.
• Experience with Oracle/SQL in production troubleshooting.
• Experience with Splunk, Dynatrace/AppDynamics, Unix, or monitoring/workflow tools is a plus.
• Work closely with development, infrastructure, and business teams on incidents, releases, and root-cause analysis.

Job description

Schedule: Hybrid – 3 days onsite / 2 remote.

Duration: 12–18 month contract.

$60/hour W2. ******Not available for C2C or 1099. Ideally targeting GC Holder or USC
