You will assist with coordinating production personnel, training teammates, and maintaining accurate records, while safely operating equipment and supporting crisis intervention when needed.

• Support and develop the team by coordinating production personnel and training team members.
• Maintain quality standards by reviewing work instructions and monitoring product quality.
• Coordinate daily production to meet customer schedules, monitor workflow, and minimize downtime.
• Provide operational support and serve as backup to Production Coordinator when needed.
• Complete documentation with accurate daily production records and time studies for active jobs.
• Promote a safe workplace by operating material-handling equipment safely and following procedures.
• Support team members and collaborate with case management staff to provide crisis intervention when needed.
