MPW Industrial Services, Inc. in Greensburg, IN is seeking a dependable Production Support team member to help keep production operations running smoothly by ensuring materials, equipment, and inventory are available when needed.

You will work with a collaborative team, follow OSHA standards, and perform routine housekeeping to maintain a safe, organized manufacturing environment. This role supports production teams and contributes to on-time delivery.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; some high school education considered.
• Ability to work safely, efficiently and follow instructions with minimal supervision.
• Manufacturing experience preferred; forklift, receiving and basic computer knowledge are a plus but not required.
• Basic understanding of mechanical concepts and effective verbal and written communication.
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds, with or without accommodations.
• Ability to perform physical labor, stand for extended periods, climb stairs and access confined spaces.
• Willingness to wear PPE and follow safety protocols and MPW policies.

Responsabilidades

• Transport materials, parts, and supplies to and from the production line to maintain workflow.
• Stack and unstack materials safely and efficiently to support production operations.
• Load and unload trucks while following safety procedures.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area through routine housekeeping.
• Respond promptly to radio calls and operational requests.
• Monitor and manage fixture inventory to support production needs.
• Assist in preventing production downtime by ensuring materials are available when needed.
• Work collaboratively with teammates to achieve production goals and customer satisfaction.
• Follow OSHA regulations and all MPW safety policies and procedures.
• Communicate equipment, inventory, safety, or operational concerns to the supervisor immediately.
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support production and facility operations.

• Ability to perform physical manual labor, remain on your feet for extended periods, climb stairs, and position yourself to work in and around confined spaces.
• Ability to wear required personal protective equipment, including respirators, when working around chemicals, fumes, or similar environmental conditions.
• Ability to maintain fitness for duty, work extended shifts when needed, and travel to support operations at various locations for days or weeks as business needs require.
