Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM

Job Summary
The Production Support Coordinator – Wire Management supports the production floor by proactively delivering materials and components (“water spider” function), issuing wire, and controlling the wire cutting process. This role ensures timely material flow, accurate wire inventory, and precise wire cutting to meet production schedules. The position reports to the Systems and Warehouse Operations Manager and works closely with Production and Warehouse teams to maintain efficiency and resolve material issues.

Job Requirements
- Deliver materials and components to production workstations as needed
- Issue wire to production teams and maintain accurate inventory records
- Operate and monitor wire cutting equipment for timely, precise cuts
- Coordinate with Material Flow and Warehouse teams to ensure material availability and resolve shortages
- Track and report material usage, wire consumption, and cutting performance
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
- Assist in troubleshooting material flow issues and support continuous improvement initiatives
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Training and Experience
- Experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred
- Familiarity with material handling and inventory systems
- Previous experience operating wire cutting machinery is a plus
Working Conditions
- Required to sit/stand for long periods of time and frequent use of hands and fingers, to handle and feel.
- Moderate activity, with occasional bending and stooping, standing and/or walking for extended periods.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds while using safe lifting techniques.
- Speaking and hearing: able to comprehend English language.
- Visual capability: able to see screens, monitors, and environment.
- Ability to work inside/outside, closely with others.
- Generally, works regular work hours, occasionally work after hours.
- The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate to noisy and can be loud.
- Warehouse climate can be based upon outdoor weather conditions.
- Must be able to wear the required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) for extended periods of time.
