Job summary

Wyldcanna is seeking a Production Support team member to help ensure efficient, high-quality cannabis edibles manufacturing. You will prepare ingredients, log data, rotate stations, perform QA/QC, and uphold sanitation and safety standards in a fast-paced environment.

Night shift schedule 2pm-11pm during training; strong communication, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure are essential. Potential support for packaging and other duties may be required.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of related Food Production or kitchen experience.
• Ability to follow sanitation and safety regulations in a high-urgency environment.
• Proficiency with MS Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Prepare and log ingredients accurately; rotate stations as needed.
• Operate production equipment following state guidelines and SOPs.
• Maintain QA/QC standards and sanitation throughout shifts.
• Assist with packaging duties and other duties as assigned.
• Communicate effectively with team and management.
• Uphold cleanliness and safety in the kitchen/workspace.

Summary

The Production Support team member plays a key role in ensuring efficient, high-quality manufacturing operations. This role works collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and is responsible for preparing and accurately logging ingredients, rotating between stations as needed, performing continuous quality checks, and upholding sanitation and safety standards.

This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, the ability to perform visual quality inspections, and a commitment to minimizing waste. The role may also support packaging operations and take on additional responsibilities based on business needs.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following

• Night shift schedule 2pm-11pm starting out for training purposes
• Quickly prepare and accurately log ingredients, rotate stations on the fly and properly operate all equipment for production
• Ability to operate under current state guidelines including compliant storage and handling of all products
• Maintain high-quality standards during shifts including constant QA/QC of all products being prepped and produced
• Ability to work well with others in high-pressure situations with a sense of urgency
• Effectively communicate and respond to questions/suggestions from various levels within the company
• Maintain and comply with sanitation and safety standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen and work environment
• Perform visual quality inspections on products, minimize waste where possible
• Assist with Packaging responsibilities as required

Qualifications

• To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. • Experience: At least 6 months of directly related experience and/or training in a food production or kitchen environment; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Must be able to understand and comply with kitchen sanitation and safety regulations. Must have experience working with a high sense of urgency in a team environment or independently
• Computer Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Must obtain all state required: permits, licenses, certifications
• ServSafe Food Handler’s Card preferred
• Willing to submit to a background check
• Must be able to effectively communicate in English, both verbally and written
• Possess basic mathematical skills: addition, subtraction, multiplication and division
• State regulations require all applicants must be 21 years of age or older

Benefits

As a non-exempt employee, you'll receive a hourly rate of $22.50-$27.15/hr paid biweekly, overtime, 11 paid holidays, 80 hours of PTO, 401K, and fully paid health, dental and vision insurance.
