Job summary

UniFirst Corporation in Corpus Christi, TX is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead the production team and drive top-level performance. This role provides supervision of plant operations under directives from the Assistant Production Manager and adheres to company policies.

A 5-day work week with weekends off is offered, plus on-the-job training. The position emphasizes supervising flow, training, safety, and inventory management while maintaining morale and reporting issues promptly.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• 2–4 years of related experience is typical.
• Ability to supervise daily production operations and maintain safety.

Responsibilities

As a Production Supervisor, you will be a key player in helping to lead the production team and drive top level performance. In addition to providing supervision in operation of the plant consistent with directives of the AssistantProduction Manager and in accordance with company policies and goals. At UniFirst we have a 5-day work week, enjoy Saturday & Sunday off!! We have an immediate opening and provide on the job training.

What you’ll be doing:

• Supervise and support production process flow.

Qualifications

What we’re looking for:

• Must be at least 18 years of age or older

• High school diploma or G.E.D equivalent is required

• Two-year degree from an accredited college or university preferred

• 2-4 years of related experience and/or training preferred

• Valid driver’s license and a safe driving record is required

• Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions

• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs.

• Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, rations, and proportions to practical situations

• Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions.
• Basic math skills

• Good verbal and written communications skills
