The role includes cross-training opportunities and weekend-off expectations on a 5-day work week. The position emphasizes team morale, data entry accuracy, and effective communication with management.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Two-year degree from an accredited college preferred.
• 2–4 years of related experience and/or training preferred.
• Valid driver's license and a safe driving record required.
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs.
• Ability to apply basic math and concepts.
• Good verbal and written communications skills.

Responsibilities

• Support overall morale and safety at the location.
• Report operational, manufacturing, and maintenance problems as they arise.

UniFirst is seeking an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Production Supervisor to join our UniFirst family. As a Production Supervisor, you will be a key player in helping to lead the production team and drive top level performance. In addition to providing supervision in operation of the plant consistent with directives of the AssistantProduction Manager and in accordance with company policies and goals. At UniFirst we have a 5-day work week, enjoy Saturday & Sunday off!! We have an immediate opening and provide on the job training.

What we’re looking for:

Two-year degree from an accredited college or university preferred

2-4 years of related experience and/or training preferred

• Valid driver’s license and a safe driving record is required

Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions

Ability to lift up to 60 lbs.

Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, rations, and proportions to practical situations

Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions.

• Basic math skills
