The Supervisor is responsible for all activities involved in production line operations, ensuring a safe, well-organized, efficient operation with minimal downtime. This role supports Farmer Focus by strictly adhering to company standards and procedures, customer specifications, quality standards, GMP requirements, and the department HACCP Plan. The Supervisor assigns, trains, mentors, and monitors team members in accordance with company policies and government regulations while helping drive continuous improvement, strong production performance, and a positive team culture.
Compensation: $65,000 -$80,000 /yr.

New team members must be able to pass a drug, alcoho l and background screening post-offer and prior to the start of their employment. Must be authorized to work in the United States. The Immigration Reform and Control Act requires that verification of employment eligibility be documented for all new employees by the end of their third day of work.
This role is required to access the poultry production environment and must be able to tolerate varying heat, wet, and chilled conditions in the plant. Hearing and eye protective equipment are required in the production area. Team members are also required to wear hair nets and beard nets, as applicable, while in the production area.
