You will hire, develop, and supervise a team of technicians—up to 30—on a fast-paced aerospace shop floor, ensuring timely delivery against strict schedules and evolving production goals.

Qualifikationen

Castelion is seeking a world-class production professional to serve as a leadership focal point between engineering and manufacturing teams. The core focus of this role will be scaling our manufacturing capacity to produce our long range, precision strike Blackbeard missile.

This is a frontline production leader role blending hands on technical leadership with collaborative operations responsibilities to grow manufacturing capacity and define vehicle production deliverables.

We are looking for a candidate with a history of executing in ambiguous fast paced aerospace hardware manufacturing environments to deliver high quality products within stringent timelines.

Responsibilities

Basic Qualifications
