Abbott is seeking a Production Supervisor at the Plymouth, MN site within the Structural Heart division. You will direct manufacturing operations on a shift and lead a team of associates in a cleanroom environment to achieve safety, quality and productivity goals.
The role emphasizes Lean tools such as 5S, Standard Work, Visual Management and Root Cause Analysis, with collaboration across Quality, Engineering, and Supply Chain to support new product introductions and continuous improvement.

This position works out of our Plymouth, MN Site in the Structural Heart Division and works 3:30pm to 2:00am Mon - Thurs, with occasional Friday overtime.
The Production Supervisor is responsible for directing the manufacturing operations performed in a shift or group of production lines, ensuring they reach volume, quality and cost goals. You will lead a team of manufacturing associates in a cleanroom or controlled environment, ensuring the production of high-quality medical devices. You will be responsible for fostering a culture of accountability, engagement, and continuous improvement while applying Lean Manufacturing principles to drive operational excellence.
The base pay for this position is $68,000.00 – $136,000.00
