Job summary

Goodyear Commercial Tire & Service Centers is seeking a Production Supervisor at our Phoenix retread plant. You will supervise retreading for light and medium tires, provide safety and quality leadership, and drive production toward hourly targets.

You'll oversee Retread Technicians, maintain schedules, ensure proper documentation, and uphold Goodyear's Service Excellence standards in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Retread manufacturing experience preferred.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
