Rise Technical Recruitment Ltd is partnering with a global manufacturer in Scranton, PA to hire a Night Shift Supervisor overseeing a high-speed, automated production floor. You will drive safety, quality and KPI performance while making fast decisions as priorities shift.

You will lead a team of operators, manage handovers and staffing, coach performance, and ensure GMP and 5S standards are maintained. The role follows a 2-2-3 night pattern (7pm–7am) with strong internal promotion opportunities.

Formación

• Supervisory/leadership experience required.
• Background within high-speed manufacturing.
• Strong communication, prioritization and decision-making under pressure.

Are you a Supervisor with a high volume manufacturing background looking to take real ownership of performance, people and results in a business that promotes from within?

This is a permanent, on-site nights position with a global manufacturer operating highly automated production lines, where you will be trusted to run the floor, drive safety, quality and KPI performance, and make fast decisions when priorities shift.

You'll join a technically driven operation with strong tenure and a track record of internal promotions, offering hands-on training as you learn their processes across departments and build the platform to step into bigger responsibility over time.

In this role you will lead your own team of operators, manage task allocation and absences, coordinate shift handovers, support troubleshooting on the floor, and keep production on schedule while maintaining GMP and 5S standards.
