Job summary

iAnthus is seeking a Production Supervisor at the MPX NJ facility in Pleasantville, NJ. The role oversees the flower packaging team, ensures quality, safety, and regulatory compliance, and reports to the National Head of Post Harvest Operations.

The shift is Tue-Sat, 7am–3:30pm. You will lead a production floor, optimize workflows, manage inventory, and drive continuous improvement across packaging and related operations.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of experience in a production, manufacturing, or cultivation environment.
• Strong working knowledge of cannabis regulations.
• Ability to thrive under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Clear and professional communication style.
• Green Flower and or Ganjier Certificate holder preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage production schedules and procedures.

Summary

The Production Supervisor is responsible for overseeing day-to-day production operations at our facility. Reporting to the National Head of Post Harvest Operations, this role is accountable for ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards, optimizing workflows, managing inventory, and leading production team members. The Production Supervisor also acts as a key liaison between departments, helping drive operational excellence, reduce costs, and improve overall product availability and quality.

Responsibilities

• Promote accountability, recognition, and team engagement

Minimum Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older

Physical and Environmental Requirements

• Ability to lift 50 lbs unassisted and 100 lbs with assistance
• Ability to bend, squat, kneel, climb ladders, and stand for extended periods
• Must be comfortable working in varied environmental conditions, including noise, dust, odors, and temperature changes
• Extended computer use and digital documentation
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Familiarity with equipment like pallet jacks, hand trucks, and general tools
