Job summary

Ford is seeking a results-driven supervisor to lead a manufacturing team in a fast-paced plant environment. This role focuses on achieving quality and productivity targets while fostering positive relationships with hourly workers, unions, and management.

You will drive safety culture, apply policies, and administer the CBA while promoting continuous improvement and cross-functional collaboration. A Bachelor"s degree is preferred and a proven track record in manufacturing leadership is valued.

You’ll Have….

• High School Diploma or GED
• Microsoft Office proficiency
• 1+ years of previous supervisory experience or 1+ years of manufacturing experience
• Outstanding, interpersonal teambuilding and communication skills
• Demonstrates inclusion and values diversity
• Flexibility in being able to work rotating shifts and hours
• Highly committed to process improvement and innovative solutions with a customer first mindset
• Always maintain a high level of professionalism even in difficult/stressful situations

• Safety and Quality experience
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles
• Knowledge of constraint management principles
• Prior experience managing a unionized workforce
• Six Sigma: Black or Green Belt certified

This position is a salary grade 7 and ranges from $86,600-$144,900.

Final determination of salary grade will be based on candidate's skills and experience, and base salary will be set within the applicable range according to job scope, responsibility and competitive market value.
