Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Technical training or experience in an engineering or manufacturing setting preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting, decision-making, and multitasking skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily production floor operations to meet safety, quality, and output goals.
• Provide direction, coaching, and accountability to production employees.
• Monitor workflow, staffing, and floor activity to keep production on track.
• Communicate delays, problems, or risks to management promptly.
• Help coordinate materials and production readiness before jobs begin.
• Ensure quality standards, work instructions, and operating procedures are followed.
• Support troubleshooting and problem-solving on the floor as issues arise.
• Reinforce safety standards, housekeeping expectations, and company policies.
• Complete and support required production documentation and checks.
• Partner with leadership and other departments to maintain smooth operations.
