Job Description:

This position is onsite in Logan, UT. Candidates must be willing to relocate for future opportunities. Development and growth are emphasized, with opportunities to advance within the company.

Additional Compensation:

  • Off-shift bonus up to $10,000 annually for qualifying shifts
  • Extra shift bonus for additional hours worked

As a Production Supervisor, you will lead a diverse team in a food manufacturing environment. You will participate in our Production Leader training to learn about production processes, coaching, mentoring, and resolving production, safety, and quality issues. The core priorities are Leadership, Manufacturing Operations, and Regulatory & Customer Compliance.

Responsibilities:
Leadership
  • Communicate expectations and provide performance feedback
  • Guide a team to meet efficiency and production goals
  • Oversee processes and monitor training for success
  • Support diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives
Manufacturing Operations
  • Identify waste reduction and cost-saving opportunities
  • Participate in capital improvement projects
  • Resolve issues to maximize efficiency
Customer Compliance
  • Collaborate to meet customer needs
  • Understand and apply government regulations
  • Represent the plant during audits
  • Establish and audit standard operating procedures

This role involves working nights and weekends, with schedule details provided during interviews. Opportunities exist to transition to day shifts upon demonstrated performance.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in dairy, food science, agriculture, business, or related field preferred, or 3-5 years of leadership/manufacturing experience with a high school diploma or GED
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Proactive, self-accountable, solution-oriented, and eager to learn and grow
  • Ability to collaborate across diverse backgrounds, fostering a respectful culture
  • Physical requirements include standing for up to 12 hours, walking, sitting briefly, lifting up to 50 pounds, and bending/squatting/twisting
