Job summary

Pilgrim’s is seeking a Production Supervisor - Live Hang to lead daily operations on the production floor, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency. You will train and manage a team, coordinate schedules, monitor equipment, and enforce health and safety standards.

Willingness to work the 2nd shift is required. The role requires 1+ years of supervisory experience, strong communication, basic computer skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities; Poultry/food industry experience is a plus

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma/GED; College Degree in related field preferred.
• Experience: 1+ years of supervisory experience with leadership over 20+ employees preferred.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
• Poultry or food industry experience is a plus.
• Skills: Effective communication, independent decision making, basic computer knowledge, ability to manage multiple priorities.

Production Supervisor - Live Hang

In this key role, you'll serve as the frontline leader overseeing daily operations within our poultry production facility. You'll ensure production targets are met while maintaining high standards for safety, quality assurance, and efficiency. Based primarily on the production floor, you'll coordinate team duties, monitor equipment and workflow, and enforce compliance with health and safety regulations. The role also requires agility to respond to operational issues in real time, helping maintain a productive and well-functioning workplace.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

What You'll Need

• Skills: Effective communication both orally and in writing, capable of independent decision making, must have basic computer knowledge,ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
