The role emphasizes coaching, scheduling, and cross-functional collaboration with Quality, Maintenance, and Engineering, along with training and developing team members in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading manufacturing or production supervision.
• Strong communication and people management skills.
• Ability to solve problems quickly in a fast-paced environment.
• Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
• Experience in metal fabrication, welding, machining is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and support production team members to meet daily goals.
• Maintain safety procedures and policies.
• Monitor schedules and adjust workflow to meet deadlines.
• Collaborate with Quality, Maintenance, and Engineering to resolve issues.
• Drive continuous improvement to reduce waste.
• Conduct daily team huddles and communicate expectations.
• Track performance metrics and report to leadership.
• Support training, onboarding, and cross-training.
