Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 3-5+ years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
• 1-3+ years of leadership or supervisory experience.
• Strong understanding of production processes and workflow management.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily production activities to meet output, quality, and delivery targets.
• Monitor workflow, staffing, and equipment utilization to optimize efficiency.
• Coordinate with scheduling and planning teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions in real time.
• Use and understand the OEE system to track performance, identify losses, and report on KPIs.
• Lead, coach, and develop production employees to achieve performance standards.
• Own employee training and cross-training to build a flexible workforce.
• Assess and manage staffing needs to ensure appropriate coverage across production areas.
