Qualifications

• Experience with Lean / Six Sigma methodology and / or Military Decision-Making Process (MDMP) experience.
• Prior launch experience.

As a Production Supervisor - Launch, you are the vital link between strategic goals and daily execution. You'll be leading a dedicated hourly team, fostering an environment where they can do their best work and feel empowered.

You will apply for a 'Bias for Action,' promptly and decisively addressing safety and quality issues to prevent larger problems. This includes identifying and analyzing problems, developing and implementing effective solutions, making timely and well‑informed decisions, and adapting to changing circumstances.

You'll have...

This position is a salary grade 7 and ranges from $84,480-$141,360.
