Responsibilities

• Support Team Leader and Operations Part Leader for the department.
• Track KPI’s and monitor daily production results.
• Manage work orders and coordinate with equipment, facilities, shipping for timely completion.
• Communicate production results and action items in daily meetings.
• Supervise production and training coordinators; provide timely feedback and enforce disciplinary processes.
