Job summary

Culinary Services Group (CSG) is hiring immediately for a Production Supervisor at the Wrentham Developmental Center in Wrentham, MA. This full-time role reports to the kitchen management and requires guiding a team on tray line operations, dishroom duties, and food preparation while upholding safety and quality standards.

The Production Supervisor will oversee daily station setup, assign tasks, ensure proper storage and portion controls, and maintain cleanliness across kitchen areas.

• Supervisory experience required.
• Must lead and work alongside Food Service Workers in tray line operations, dishroom duties, food preparation, and cleaning activities.

Responsibilities

• Sets up and maintains production and quality control in the kitchen.
• Assigns specific duties to associates under supervision for efficient operation.
• Ensures proper storage and handling with portion and recipe controls.
• Maintains cleanliness of all kitchen areas and working spaces.
• Reports equipment repair/maintenance to the supervisor or facility department.
• Supervises team in absence of Sous Chef; trains and schedules associates.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

• Schedule: Full time schedule; Tuesday through Friday, 10:30 am to 7:00 pm. Weekend availability is required. More details upon interview.

Job Summary
