Job summary

Morrison Healthcare, a Compass Healthcare company, is hiring a full-time Production Supervisor at Mayo Clinic Saint Mary’s in Rochester, MN. You will oversee food production and quality control in the kitchen, ensuring meals meet safety standards and patient needs while guiding a team of associates.

Shifts are 6:30 am–3:00 pm or 12:00 pm–8:30 pm with rotating weekends. Previous elevated food service and supervisory experience is required.

• Experience in food production and kitchen operations is preferred.

• Prepares food items necessary for assigned area.
• Assigns specific duties to associates under supervision for efficient operation of the kitchen.
• Ensures proper storage and handling of products; uses portion, presentation and recipe controls.
• Maintains cleanliness of all kitchen areas, including food and non-food working areas.
• Reports equipment repair/maintenance to appropriate supervisor or facility department.
• Supervises team members in absence of Sous Chef; disciplines, trains and schedules associates.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
