Job summary

Rising Staff in Georgia is seeking an experienced Production Supervisor for a fast-paced food processing plant near the Atlanta Airport. You will lead a hands-on team in a cold environment, balancing safety, quality, and efficiency.

Responsibilities include supervising production staff to meet daily targets, ensuring compliance with HACCP, GMP, SQF, FDA, and USDA, and driving KPI improvements. Bilingual English/Spanish required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of production supervision experience in food manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of food safety and GMP.
• Ability to lead under pressure and make data-driven decisions.
• Bilingual English and Spanish.
