West Pharmaceutical Services, a global leader in injectable drug containment and delivery systems with a research and development site in Scottsdale and a manufacturing plant in Tempe, is seeking a Production Supervisor for a fixed-term contract.

The role oversees production processes and personnel with responsibility for procedures, quality, maintenance and safety on a 12-hour shift pattern (Thu-Sat, every other Wed) across a 9‑month term.

This supervisor oversees production processes and personnel, with accountability for procedures, quality, maintenance and safety (Thursday-Saturday, every other Wednesday, 12-hour shifts). This is a full-time fixed-term contract projected to last 9 months.
